on the Book of Revelation:

“Unpacking Revelation’s Heavenly Symbols”

symbols in the book of revelation, understanding the book of RevelationThe last book in the New Testament has puzzled readers for centuries. This study will help take away some of the mystery of this late first-century text by looking at its structure, themes, historical context, and symbolism.

In order to shed light on how Revelation is meant to be an unveiling of a glimpse of reality, Madelon will explore

  • the language of the seals
  • the four horsemen of the apocalypse
  • the heavenly battles
  • the Son of Man, and much more

We’ll also examine its relationship to the Bible’s first book, Genesis, as well as some of the ways it has been interpreted through the centuries.
